Sr Mohd Ikhwan Khaidiet Bin Mohamad Isal is a Registered Quantity Surveyor (CQS02501) with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and an Associate of KAS Juruukur Bahan Sdn. Bhd. He brings with him over 16 years of professional experience in cost management, contract administration, feasibility studies, and project consultancy services, having been extensively involved in both public and private sector developments.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2010, Sr Mohd Ikhwan began his professional career in 2009 and has since cultivated a deep expertise across diverse project typologies. His involvement includes government complexes, educational institutions, health facilities, housing developments, commercial buildings, and large-scale infrastructure projects. In recognition of his professional standing, he was officially registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor with BQSM in 2023.
From 2009 to 2024, he served as Senior Quantity Surveyor at KAS Juruukur Bahan Sdn. Bhd., before being elevated to the role of Associate in July 2024, where he continues to provide strategic leadership in consultancy services. His portfolio reflects a proven track record of managing projects of varying scales, with construction values ranging from RM14 million to RM395 million.

Sr Mohd Suhairi Bin Sautar is a Registered Quantity Surveyor (CQS02547) with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and currently serves as an Associate at KAS Juruukur Bahan Sdn. Bhd. With over 18 years of professional experience, he has built a strong reputation in cost management, contract administration, and project consultancy, delivering services across a diverse range of developments.
He obtained his Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2008, and began his career as a Freelancer with MITG Group Sdn. Bhd. before joining KAS Juruukur Bahan Sdn. Bhd. in 2008. Over the span of nearly two decades, he has played a key role in managing and delivering numerous projects, gaining in-depth exposure to residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure developments. In July 2025, his dedication and contribution were recognised with his appointment as Associate.
